Q: What regulations do I need to comply with prior to building a fence?
A: First of all, any fencing you order is certified to comply with Australian Standard 1926.1 (2007). Secondly, it is very important you familiarise yourself with your local council and your state government’s codes and regulations. These are listed below:

Q: Why the Victorian 03 9018 7894 phone number?
A: Our manufacturing capabilities are largely in QLD and VIC and although the person answering your phone enquiry will be in Brisbane, we use a national 03 number. Please remember the person answering the phone call is non-technical so cannot help you with specific installation questions.


Q: Can I buy on account?
A: No, sorry. Instead we offer you a simple but secure shopping cart where you can pay securely by credit card 24 hours a day.


Q: Is my payment secure on this website?
A: Yes. We use Comodo 256 Bit SSL security coupled with the Australian eWay® payment gateway authorised by all Australian banks. For more details, please refer to this page.


Q: Which credit cards do you accept in the checkout?
A: Currently we accept both Visa and Mastercards only. American Express and Diners Club cards are too expensive for our modest margin to absorb, sorry.


Q: The checkout seems a little slow to load – why?
A: Because we offer high-grade 256 bit SSL security on all checkout and contact pages to keep your personal information secure, the encryption of data makes the page slightly slower to process.


Q: Do you sell custom sized fencing panels/gates/posts?
A: Not directly from this website. If you require custom panels and/or fencing products outside the scope of this website’s range, please let us know where in Australia you are and what you require via our contact page and we’ll select our most suitable fencing specialist to get in touch with you directly.


Q: Where in Australia do you deliver?
A: We deliver to all mainland states and territories plus Tasmania but not WA (coming soon). See our shipping information page for more information.


Q: Do you deliver to my home address?
A: Our network is expanding monthly. So far we offer factory-to-your-door delivery to the following metro areas: Melbourne, Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba. We deliver to all other centres in Australia (except WA – coming soon) – however you need to pick up the palletised order from your nearest depot. Q: How much will delivery cost?
A: Simply add your products to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout and choose your location when prompted. Our firm delivery price will be automatically generated for you to consider prior to entering your credit card details and purchasing. You also have the option to pickup or choose your own transport if you wish.


Q: Can I pickup my order?
A: Yes. Our warehouses are located in Brisbane (South) and Melbourne (West). We’ll pack and palletise your order and provide a forklift to lift onto your (or your transport provider’s) ute/truck. Simply choose this option in the checkout & we’ll be in touch via phone/email with ALL the details. See more on our shipping information page.


Q: Hey why does it say shipping is $193.00?
A: This is the default shipping option for basic packages shipped to Brisbane and will show up first. However for your own requirements, simply add the items to the shopping cart, then go to the checkout. After selecting your region, our firm delivery price for YOUR region will be quoted for you automatically.


Q: I’ve ordered – when will it be delivered or when can I pick it up?
A: If you choose our shipping option, and depending on where you are in Australia, allow approximately 7 working days for delivery to your physical address or nearest depot. If you are picking up or arranging your own transport company, you order should be packed and ready within 3 working days. We will be in touch after your order/payment has been received to advise of exact timing.


Q: Do you guarantee your fencing products?
A: The workmanship and quality of your fencing order is absolutely guaranteed. If you choose our freight service in the checkout, we insure this so you can have peace of mind knowing your order will be of the highest quality. We will fix or replace any product should it be faulty. In saying this please be careful of your selections. We cannot replace your order in part or in full if you have incorrectly measured or change your mind. Please read all the details on our legals page.


Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Our margins are as low as possible for DIY fencing jobs. If you have a commercial project exceeding $20,000 in value, we may be able to squeeze our suppliers. In this case, please contact us.


Q: Is GST included in the pricing shown?
A: Yes. We cover the 10% GST in all pricing – including shipping.


Q: Do you sell touch up paint?
A: No but you should be able to easily match at your local paint shop or colorbond supplier. You can download the colourchart here.
