Please carefully inspect the Goods on delivery and notify us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery advising us of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. If you select our shipping options, we take out insurance to protect you, however we can’t take any responsibility outside of the 14 day period.
If this situation occurs, we require the opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery.
It doesn’t happen often, but should you receive defective fencing products from us, we are pleased to either repair or replace the parts of the order in question.
Please Note: If you decide to cancel your order after payment has been made but prior to the fencing products being picked up or delivered, you will be charged 10% of the total order value to compensate for transactional and administrative costs.
