Shipping Information
WHERE WE DELIVER
Currently to all mainland states and territories in Australia – with the exception of WA. We are expanding our network and anticipate making deliveries to WA very soon.
PACKAGING
We palletise all orders to best fit on standard timber pallets (1165 x 1165mm) up to a maximum of 250kg per pallet. After you order, we’ll be in touch via phone/email to advise you of the makeup of your order.
FACTORY-TO-SITE
Our manufacturing partners are based in Brisbane and Melbourne. Because we can arrange local pallet lifting trucks, we offer delivery of your order straight to your home/site in the following metro areas: Melbourne, Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. This option is automatically offered to you in the shopping cart process.
FACTORY-TO-DEPOT
For all other areas in Australia (except WA) we arrange delivery to our trucking company’s depot for your local pickup. We can’t offer door-to-door transport because we don’t intimately know the capacity of every local trucking company. However if you’re able to do a bit of research and can find some cost effective options, please consider the pickup option below. If in our checkout you don’t see the nearest city/town to you, please contact us to discuss custom delivery options.
PICK UP
We understand you may prefer to turn up with your own ute/truck or arrange your own courier/transport service. If this is the case, please select this option in the checkout and soon after your order we will contact you and advise you of all the specific details. We provide the forklift at either our Brisbane (South) or Melbourne (West) locations to load your truck.
HOW MUCH WILL MY ORDER COST TO DELIVER
The default shipping price is $193.00 which is for basic Brisbane orders. However for your own requirements, simply add the items to the shopping cart, then go to the checkout. After selecting your region, our firm delivery price for your region will be quoted for you automatically.
INSURANCE
If you choose our delivery service in the checkout, we insure our carrier for your peace of mind. We will fix or replace any product should it be damaged in transit. We obviously cannot offer this cover when you choose to pickup. It is advisable you check this with your chosen freight company.
DELIVERY TIMING
Unless stated otherwise in the product description:
(a) Pickup: Please allow 2-4 working days. We will call you soon after you place your order and make the pick up arrangements with you.
(b) Our shipping: If you choose our delivery service in the checkout, and depending on where you are in Australia, please allow approximately 7 working days for for the delivery of your order.
YOUR REGION IN THE CHECKOUT
It is VERY important you choose the correct region in the checkout. If you choose a region with a lower shipping price than is correct for your location, we may need to (a) Call you and ask for a top-up credit card payment prior to delivery, or (b) Cancel your order and return the total sum less 10% to compensate for spent credit card transaction fees and administration.
